The trainer comes to you, at home or outside at a place near you. You don't need a lot of space at home, and there are plenty of options outside too. For example, a training can take place in a playground, a lawn, a (city) park or forest nearby.  

 

The trainer takes all materials to you and always delivers tailor-made training that is completely tailored to you.

You will receive the appropriate coaching and motivation needed to achieve successes that last.

 

In addition, our trainers are all very well able to provide the training in English, we have many expats as customers!

Let a sports buddy train for free! Find a friend, a colleague, a neighbor or a brother.. Everything is allowed! That is not only very pleasant, but also nice to be able to share the costs together.  

 

Your gym buddy doesn't have to be physically similar to you. Age, gender, experience or lack thereof can all vary. Your sports buddy will also receive tailor-made training! Just as every person is different, and every body is different, every training is adapted accordingly. This way you can always be sure that you train as effectively as possible!

 

Of course, your sports buddy can immediately participate in the free trial training, so you can experience the training together and make decisions.

Did you know that we also offer Personal Training especially for women? Because women have different bodies than men. Just think of the influence of your menstrual cycle on your workouts, your overall hormone balance and the influence of any  pregnancies and deliveries on your workouts. Our trainers have full knowledge of everything women have to contend with while training. In this way an even more targeted approach is possible!  

 

(Continue to) exercise during personal training after pregnancy and childbirth, and also during pregnancy is extremely important. It prevents and resolves a lot of complaints in a safe and targeted way.

 

Personal training for women is also very suitable for women who have previously been treated by a pelvic physiotherapist and who are advised to start exercising to strengthen the pelvic area. You do this safely together with your trainer . You work together in a dosed and pragmatic manner towards sustainable results and the best possible recovery.
