The personal trainer takes all materials to you and always delivers customization. The training can take place at your home; in your living room, balcony or garden (it really doesn't require much space!) or outside in a field, park, or playground near you. If you are not sure which location is suitable? Our personal trainers always know how to find nice places!

And your sports buddy can always participate. And it doesn't have to be a woman. That choice is yours. So that pleasant colleague, neighbor, sister or brother can join in. There are no extra costs involved, so that is useful if you want to share the costs.

In addition to specializing in training for women, our female personal trainers are highly experienced personal trainers who provide specific training for both men and women.  

Your gym buddy doesn't have to be physically similar to you. Age, gender, experience or lack thereof can all vary. Everything is custom made with us! Just as every person is different, and every body is different, every training is adapted to that. This way you can always be sure that you train as effectively as possible!

 

Of course, your sports buddy can also participate in the free trial training immediately, so you can experience the training together and make decisions.

RECOVERY TRAINING AFTER PREGNANCY ​​​

Recovering after childbirth can be challenging. There are so many different births, so many possible scenarios for your body. Whether you gave birth by cesarean section or vaginally, your body needs a period of recovery. You can significantly shorten this recovery period by returning to exercise and training. 

Of course it is important that your body first gets some rest after giving birth, that's why you first have a good rest and (provided there are no extra complications) you can usually start again after 6 weeks. Have you had a cesarean section? Then wait at least 8 weeks before you start working again.  

 

Together we will work responsibly to restore and strengthen your core, your pelvic floor, your endurance and your strength! 

Lifting that maxi-cosi will soon be a breeze!  

 

Is the recovery quite disappointing to you? Have you had to deal with serious pelvic floor complaints, for example? There is a good chance that you have been to a pelvic physiotherapist for this. When your trajectory with the physio is finished, you are usually recommended to start or continue exercising, under professional guidance. Our trainers are qualified for this and have extensive experience in this field.
